Welcome to Jilani Tour and Travels. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed through phone, WhatsApp, or website.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings.

  • Customers must provide accurate details (date, time, pickup location, destination, contact number).

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted modes.

  • Full payment must be completed before or at the end of the trip (as agreed).

  • Extra charges (if applicable) must be cleared at trip completion.

  • Prices may vary during peak season, holidays, or special events.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before the trip.

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing.

  • Advance payments (if any) may be partially refundable after deducting applicable charges.

  • No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Waiting & Extra Charges

  • Airport pickup includes a limited free waiting period.

  • Additional waiting time will be charged per hour.

  • Extra charges may apply for:

    • Toll taxes

    • Parking charges

    • State taxes

    • Night driving (if applicable)

    • Extra kilometers beyond agreed limit

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must carry valid ID proof when required.

  • Illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or damaging the vehicle is not allowed.

  • Any damage caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

6. Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • Drivers will follow traffic rules and safety guidelines.

  • Customers must not force drivers to overspeed or violate laws.

  • Vehicle type provided will match the booking category, subject to availability.

  • In case of breakdown or emergency, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.

7. Delays & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather issues

    • Roadblocks or government restrictions

  • Jilani Tour and Travels is not liable for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

8. Pricing & Changes

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless there are major unavoidable circumstances.

9. Website Usage

  • All website content is for informational purposes.

  • Unauthorized use of content is strictly prohibited.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
