Return & Refund Policy

At Jilani Tour and Travels, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we provide travel and transportation services, the concept of “returns” does not apply. However, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.

1. Service Nature

  • Our services include cab booking, tour packages, airport transfers, and travel-related services.
  • As these are service-based bookings, once the service has been provided, no refund will be applicable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:

✅ Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation made 24 hours before scheduled pickup: Eligible for partial or full refund (after deducting administrative charges).
  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before pickup: Partial refund may apply.
  • Last-minute cancellation or No-show: No refund will be provided.

✅ Cancellation by Jilani Tour and Travels

  • If we cancel the booking due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, emergency, etc.), customers will receive:
    • A full refund of advance payment, OR
    • Option to reschedule without extra charges.

3. Advance Payment Refund

  • Refunds for advance payments (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund will be credited through the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer/etc.).
  • Any transaction charges may be deducted if applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Passenger fails to arrive at pickup location.
  • Incorrect booking details provided by customer.
  • Trip shortened by customer after service has started.
  • Delay due to traffic, weather, roadblocks, or government restrictions.
  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond company control.

5. Tour Package Refunds

For customized tour packages:

  • Refund terms will depend on hotel, transport, and third-party vendor policies.
  • Any non-refundable hotel or booking charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
